We are not a registered non-profit. Any donations do not count towards your tax deductions.
Donations are used for website improvement and maintenance only. On the improvement side, funds will go towards external artists and photographers to add new content. For maintenance, funds will go towards the website SquareSpace fees and domain name cost. No donations go to the owner, Tait Smith, for personal use.
Currently we have no options for volunteer involvement. In the future, we hope to open up recipe testing opportunities for select groups. If this happens, there will be an announcement on our Instagram page.
No, recipes are developed based on my passions and interests alone. I specifically avoid taking money for personal reasons because I don’t want this to be a job. If this were to become a job, I would be much more stressed.
