Hi, I’m Tait.
I’m a self-taught baker and recipe developer. I picked up baking over quarantine, like many others, and fell in love with the science of food and dedicated much of my time to furthering my understanding. I took inspiration from creators such as Andrew Rea, from Binging with Babish, J-Kenji Lopez Alt, and UK Food Group, SortedFood. I loved their work and spent many nights recreating their recipes and watching their content. Eventually I even started developing my own recipes. Here, I share my journey and recipes as I better my understanding and skills. I also hope that my recipes will inspire others, which is why I do my best to make these recipes accessible with easy to get ingredients and equipment.
